Claudia Quintero is a co-founder of Seek Common Ground where she serves as the Director of Networks. Claudia supports education advocates across the country through interconnected networks by facilitating connections with fellow advocates and subject-matter experts in the field to improve their effectiveness as they seek to make a meaningful impact in their local context. Claudia creates spaces for shared learning across the network through digital platforms and meaningful meetings. She served a similar role at Achieve, an education non-profit dedicated to ensuring all students graduate ready for college, career, and citizenship. There, Claudia served as a Senior Associate and managed the Coalition Support Network consisting of over a dozen state-based education advocacy coalitions nationwide. Prior to that role, Claudia helped manage a network of Latin American business leaders heading multi-national corporations at the Group of Fifty. She earned a Master's in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.

“I think we have gotten better about knowing our community/ecosystem, abundance partnerships, and open leadership but I would love to dig deeper into how we can improve on co-creation, radical inclusion, and shared power. We have gotten better about creating open spaces for connection and discussion but I want to reflect more on how we can open up our thinking around decision-making and co-production.”
